was waiting for green light at bulatan kayangan, shah alam..came one waja...on the left illegal lane la...seemed in hurry...toss away cigaratte butt...kalau orang biasa tak pe..but from a supposed to be discipline personnels...this is not right but could be some mechanic sending the car to them...hope so...
